http://www.acomin.cl, will be subject to the terms and
conditions provided in this document, as well as current Chilean legislation,
in particular Law N° 19.496 on Consumer Rights Protection,
Decree N° 6 on Electronic Commerce Regulation and Law N° 19.628 on
Privacy Protection. The initiation of the purchase process through the
online medium implies express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which
will be understood as an integral part of each transaction or purchase operation.
For all applicable purposes, Consumer or User shall be understood as
natural or legal persons who, by virtue of any onerous legal act,
acquire, use, or enjoy, as end recipients, goods or services by
electronic means, and the micro and small enterprises defined in Law N° 20.416,
for the purposes in which, according to said law, they may be considered consumers.
For each product, ABASTECEDORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA PARA LA MINERIA LIMITADA has different prices, all of which are in Chilean pesos. Our company may modify the information given on the website, including those referring to products, prices, stock and conditions, at any time and without prior notice. This, without prejudice to offers for which a specific period and/or stock has been offered, in which case our company will comply with the conditions offered within the specified period or while stock lasts.
- Bank debit cards included in the Transbank system: Cards issued in Chile by national banks, which are affiliated with Transbank. Purchases by this means are not considered made in cash.
- Bank credit cards: Cards issued in Chile that are affiliated with Transbank.
- Installment payment with credit card (interest-free): It will only be allowed in those cases expressly established and under the conditions informed in each case, without prejudice to special promotions or contractual conditions that each financial institution agrees or uses with its customers or cardholders.

Aspects related to the operation of cards accepted at
ABASTECEDORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA PARA LA MINERIA LIMITADA, are subject to the existing contract between
the customer and the issuing entity, and this and Transbank, without our company being able to
have any responsibility in relation to the aspects indicated in said contracts.
ABASTECEDORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA PARA LA MINERIA LIMITADA can only pre-validate charges
authorized by Transbank.
All information about products marketed by ABASTECEDORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA PARA LA MINERIA LIMITADA will be found in the technical sheet of each one (weight, measure, dimensions, units that compose it, brand, model, colors, technical description, what it is for, compatibility, photos, material, warranty, origin or place of manufacture, etc).

The customer must ensure to confirm that the article matches their purchase and is in optimal condition before proceeding to sign the shipping guide. Not forgetting that the shipping service does not include assembly or product installation, nor is it responsible for using ropes or other elements to lift or introduce products to upper levels.
Transportation personnel are not authorized or trained to perform installation, assembly, intervention or modification of products at the customer's domicile. If you are not satisfied with the product at the time of delivery, we recommend that the customer reject it and record this situation. Detail any problem identified on the shipping guide or delivery document, including name and Tax ID.
Once a purchase is made by a customer registered on the website of ABASTECEDORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA PARA LA MINERIA LIMITADA, a purchase order will be generated, which will not be binding on the company until it is accepted. This acceptance occurs with the purchase notification or validation from ABASTECEDORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA PARA LA MINERIA LIMITADA to each customer, which will be notified to the customer via email, after payment closure through the web portal.
The Courier service(s) will make up to two delivery attempts per shipment, provided that after a first failed attempt, and taking into account the reason for this, it justifies making a second attempt because there is no responsibility of the recipient (customer). The customer may make a product exchange for the following reasons:
In this case, the product will be replaced by another that meets the agreed conditions (prior inspection). For this purpose the customer must carefully review upon receiving the product, if it is in perfect condition. If at the time of receiving the product the packaging or the product are in poor condition, it must not be received by the customer, indicating that it is rejected on the shipping guide, in addition to expressly indicating the causes of such rejection.
The product received is different from the one requested. In this case, the product will be replaced by another that meets the agreed conditions.
The customer has ____ calendar days to make an exchange, and if it is about defective products they should not have been evident at the time of reception. Every product exchange must come with the original packaging, clean, complete and the product must not have any wear (this will be evaluated by our technical service).
For exchanges for the reasons mentioned above, proceed according to previous points, without prejudice to the additional requirements that will be mentioned in the following section 8, for which an email must be sent to the following address contacto@pentagon.cl.
All our products have a warranty of ____ months from the purchase date, which can be extended according to each brand's warranty. To make effective use of the "Warranty", all procedures must be carried out through email contacto@pentagon.cl, where the customer will be instructed where to go with the product, to be evaluated by our technical service.
According to the result of our technical service analysis - there is a warranty. Once approved, the customer may choose the following:
- Free repair
- Product exchange
- Purchase cancellation (shipping expenses and other costs that may arise will be deducted from the amount to be refunded).
Before any of these options, the customer must present the documentation indicated in the following point.
- Invoice and/or purchase receipt, not older than ___ months.
- Warranty Form with the requested information.
- All money refunds will be made through Electronic Transfer and/or Mercado Pago, and backed by a Credit Note in the name of the holder of the purchases.
If the customer withdraws from the purchase and wishes to cancel it, they will have 2 options (right of withdrawal):
- If the shipment has not yet left our warehouses, the money refund will be processed within a maximum period of 15 days, after the purchase and once the request has been made.
- If the shipment has already been made, the customer must wait to receive the product and subsequently, send it to one of the offices of ABASTECEDORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA PARA LA MINERIA LIMITADA, where the product will be evaluated. After review, they will be notified if it was received in accordance and the refund will be made within a period of ___ business days.
- The amount to be refunded consists of what was paid by the customer minus the costs associated with shipping and return of merchandise, if any.
After 15 days from the issuance of the receipt or invoice, no withdrawals, cancellations or retractions of any nature are accepted.
In case of loss or misplacement of products, attributable to the transport company, ABASTECEDORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA PARA LA MINERIA LIMITADA will make the extraordinary shipment of the product in its entirety for the customer, which will be carried out within ___ business hours following confirmation by the Courier, regarding the loss of the product or part of it.
For its part, in case of loss or misplacement of any tax documentation, such as invoices, credit or debit notes, or other documents of this nature, ABASTECEDORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA PARA LA MINERIA LIMITADA will issue a misplacement certificate and/or a copy of the receipt or invoice, not responding in any case for any tax or charge that arises from it.
All complaints must be made in writing by email contacto@pentagon.cl within a period of ___ business days from the date of receipt of shipment. In case of losses or damages attributable to the transport company, the complaint must be filed within a period of ___ hours counted from delivery or attempt of delivery, in case the shipment has been rejected by the recipient. Complaints made outside the indicated periods or when the sender has not fulfilled the obligations that this document imposes will not be accepted.
Complaints must be substantiated, accompanying, when appropriate, the necessary documents to prove the purchase and its history. In case of losses or damages the original packaging or photographs of it must be attached.
If a complaint is admitted and has remained pending due to lack of information or background that allows proving the value of what was transported and other conditions that may arise, this must be delivered to the sender within a period of ___ business days counted from the request for such information by ABASTECEDORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA PARA LA MINERIA LIMITADA and if after said period the information that allows resolving your complaint has not been attached, it will be automatically dismissed, without prejudice to the respective notification that ABASTECEDORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA PARA LA MINERIA LIMITADA will send to the interested party.
If you have the information or background required by ABASTECEDORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA PARA LA MINERIA LIMITADA, it will attend to and resolve complaints within a period of ___ business days. For the calculation of these periods, Saturdays and holidays will be considered non-business days.
The right of withdrawal or repentance, in the case of purchases made online or by phone, in accordance with the power granted by article 3 BIS letter b, of Law N° 19.496, whenever legally applicable, may be exercised by the customer within a period of ___ days from receipt of the product, without expression of cause, except for goods that by their nature cannot be returned, may deteriorate quickly, have been made according to consumer specifications or are for personal use. However, this right is limited to the return of the product without any use, and in its original wrapper or container and its seals intact.
All deadlines mentioned in these conditions will begin to count from the product purchase date, unless something is expressly indicated to the contrary.
Any controversy that arises from the interpretation or execution of these Terms of Use will be interpreted under Chilean legislation. In addition, ABASTECEDORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA PARA LA MINERIA LIMITADA and the User, waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the courts and tribunals of the User's domicile for any controversy that may arise.
