Our company, in its constant concern to promote a culture of compliance and in accordance with the provisions of Law N° 20.393 which establishes the criminal liability of legal entities and Law N° 21.643, also known as Karin Law, which amends the Labor Code regarding prevention, investigation and sanction of workplace harassment, sexual harassment and violence at work, has dedicated its efforts to strengthen its internal regulations by establishing clear roles and responsibilities.
